Hi, Been very busy fishing with clients. The water has warmed up very quickly. Night crawlers have been the bait of choice recently for Walleye and Perch. 32nd of an ounce jigs tip with half a crawler have been working great. The perch have been in 6 to 12 feet during the day on darker stained lakes. The Walleye have been in shallow water late in the day - 3 to 10 feet in the rocks and off weed beds. The crappie have been going strong and have been in the shallow weedy areas. Try a small minnow. Bluegills are heating up as they are moving into the shallows. The Musky bite is on with opener this past weekend. Smaller baits are working great in this early season. We still have openings in June. We have two well equipped boats and can accommodate larger groups.
